Visionary Leaders to Anchor Leadership Roundtable

Tysons Corner, VA – On the morning of February 7, 2012, three of DC’s top visionary leaders will share their insights, challenges, stories and tips for what it takes to communicate, inspire and live their vision at Visionary Leadership: Communicate and Live Your Vision. This discussion is hosted by Helios HR and Inspirion and will feature the following panelists:

Seth Goldman, President and TeaEO of Honest Tea, the company he co-founded out of his home in 1998 with Barry Nalebuff of the Yale School of Management. Today, Honest Tea is the nation’s top selling organic bottled tea, and is carried in more than 100,000 outlets. In March 2011, Honest Tea was acquired by The Coca-Cola Company, creating a platform for national expansion and helping to further the reach and impact of Honest Tea’s mission.
Cary Hatch, CEO of MDB Communications, with more than 30 years of experience in advertising and marketing, Cary Hatch, has established a formidable track record in business and consumer communications, both domestic and international. Her broad-based client experience includes National Geographic, Fannie Mae, Destination DC, The International Spy Museum, the DC Lottery, Sprint, the U.S. Mint, and many others.
Guylaine Saint Juste, Business Banking Virginia Market Executive of Capital One Bank, leads her team to develop custom tailored solutions for businesses, organizations, associations that generate $2-$34 million in annual revenues. Ms. Saint Juste counts over 20 years in the banking industry in various leadership roles. Most recently, Ms. Saint Juste was recognized by the Profiles in Diversity Journal as one of their “2013 Women Worth Watching.”

The Moderator of this panel will be Misti Burmeister, CEO and Founder of Inspirion and best-selling author of From Boomers to Bloggers, in which she outlines systematic ways organizations can eliminate inter-generational distractions to spark collaboration.
