Michele Wirth, Managing Director

As a Managing Director for Helios HR, Michele leads a team of HR Business Partners who provide full-service HR and strategic consulting support to a wide variety of organizations. The Managing Director acts as an additional trusted advisor supporting the HR Business Partner ensuring the success of the relationship.

Michele is a senior HR leader and practitioner with 20 years of strategic and operational experience in government contracting companies, consulting firms, and other for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. She acquired her expertise in a variety of industries, including professional services, information technology, financial services, higher education, environmental protection, and research and development, and she has also taught HR courses at the university level.

Michele holds an M.A. in Human Resource Management from Marymount University, a B.S. in Elementary Education from George Mason University, and certification as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR).
