The skills required to establish your HR infrastructure are often far different from those required to maintain it. In these situations human resources outsourcing provides the skilled, targeted support you need while allowing the flexibility your evolving organization requires.
For each client engagement Helios HR works closely with the client to determine the best delivery model to support its particular needs. Each relationship begins with the selection of a dedicated HR Business Partner whose role is to manage the HR function while providing strategic advice and counsel. The HR Business Partner is part of an engagement team overseen by a Managing Director.
This model provides our clients access to the entire team of resources at Helios HR. These resources include HR generalists and specialists in areas of compensation, benefits administration, benefits compliance, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, employee retention, employee training and management development.
Our retained model operates with a monthly retainer in which our HR Business Partners provide support within an agreed upon budget of hours. A typical retainer may include an average of 40 to as many as 120 hours per month of support.
