If it hangs, it changes the wording on HUBzone preference from "shall" to "may", thus giving SDVOBs and 8a's an equal shot at set-asides with HUBzones no longer having first preference. I've met Joe Galloway at other conferences and he is fabulous. if you haven't read "We Were Soldiers Once and Young" it is an absolutely riveting story. The Mel Gibson movie is alright but doesn't do the story justice. You will be inspired by these heroes, although they will always tell you (as all professional military will), they were just doing their job.
