After an acquisition, the dynamic corporate culture of the company that had fueled its growth was abandoned, and Kathy resigned without a plan “B.” It was then that Kathy decided to start what has become Helios today, so she could stay true to her passion of helping organizations unleash the full potential of their employees. </p>
