After spending over 10 years in leadership positions for mid-size to large enterprises prior to founding Helios, CEO Kathy Albarado worked for a speech application service provider that grew from 15 to 200 employees in the four-year period, without venture capital funding, brand recognition or government contract wins. After an acquisition, the dynamic corporate culture of the company that had fueled its growth was abandoned, and Kathy resigned without a plan “B.” It was then that Kathy decided to start what has become Helios today, so she could stay true to her passion of helping organizations unleash the full potential of their employees.
