The HR Business Partner is part of an engagement team overseen by a Team Lead or Practice Director and a Managing Director.

Your team delivers the right level of expertise needed for the task at hand and within an agreed-upon budget based on headcount. Helios HR Business Partners are certified professionals in Human Resources, with direct line HR responsibilities. Many of our team members have held leadership positions in HR departments.
