The Human Capital Impact Forum is the evolution of the Helios Apollo Awards, a 10-year HR awards program that recognized Greater Washington leaders for innovative talent development. It was through the Apollo Awards, that we heard feedback on ways we could further serve our industry and local community. The reoccurring theme we found in our surveys was that HR and C-level leaders wanted to have meaningful conversations and insight into effective human capital programs together. Thus, in 2016 we launched the Human Capital Impact Forums to create an environment and opportunity to do just that.
Who is the event intended for?
The programs are aimed at HR professionals and their executive leaders such as CEOs, COOs, or CFOs. We also encourage full leadership teams and full HR teams to join for maximum impact.
*At this time, the program is specifically designed for mid-size businesses and is closed to service providers and sole-proprietors to preserve the intended intimacy and collaboration.
Do you offer recertification credits?
Yes. Helios HR is an Approved Provider with HR Certification Institute and SHRM. Our programs historically have all been approved for 3 business credits each.
