The Manager Training Bootcamp is a 12-session, cohort-based virtual training program designed to equip new and experienced managers with the practical skills, confidence, and tools they need to lead effectively in today’s workplace.
This interactive bootcamp goes beyond theory to focus on the real challenges managers face every day - from navigating HR responsibilities and performance conversations to managing conflict, leading across generations, and guiding teams through change and emerging technologies like AI.

Program Format & Commitment
This bootcamp is designed as a complete learning journey. Participants register once and attend all 12 sessions as part of the same cohort. Sessions build on one another to reinforce learning and application. Participants who miss a session may attend a future cohort to complete missed content.
