Equip new and experienced managers with the practical skills, confidence, and tools to lead people effectively.
12 live virtual sessions | September 2nd– November 18, 2026
Wednesdays | 12:00–1:30 PM ET
Managers influence how employees experience work every day. From clarity and accountability to communication, performance, development, and change. Yet many new managers step into people leadership without formal preparation, while experienced managers are being asked to navigate an increasingly complex workplace.
Manager Training Bootcamp gives organizations a practical, accessible way to equip leaders with the skills, frameworks, and confidence to manage people more effectively, without having to build a full internal manager-development program.

Outcomes
Participants will be better equipped to:
Enroll one leader, develop several managers, or talk with us about a customized Learning & Development program for your business.
The public cohort gives managers space to explore common challenges with leaders outside their own organizations. Through facilitated discussion, practical scenarios, and shared reflection, participants gain perspectives they may not encounter within their own company.
For organizations, the format provides an accessible way to develop one manager or several leaders without having to create a custom internal program.
