Helios HR to Reveal 2010 Apollo Awards at Nominations Workshop
Event to Highlight How to Prepare a Winning Nomination for Top Washington D.C. HR Honors; Feature Insight from Previous Winners
January 5, 2010 – Reston, VA – Helios HR, a provider of outsourced human resources (HR) services that optimize workforce and HR operations, today announced that it will host a workshop on January 12, 2010 to unveil the nomination form for the 2010 Helios HR Apollo Awards and advise attendees on how to craft a winning nomination. Attendees will get a sneak peak at the official awards nomination form prior to the Call for Nominations, which will open on January 19.
The Helios HR Apollo Awards program is the premier awards program for recognizing employers in the Washington metropolitan region that intentionally invest in employee development initiatives.
The 2009 Apollo Award winners will be on hand at the workshop to share their winning nominations and provide tips on how to develop a compelling submission. These speakers will include:
- Lynn Anne Casey, founder and CEO of Arc Aspicio
- Amy Vaccari, vice president of operations at Metier
- Tim Tobin, director of training and development at Beers+Cutler, and
- John Remy, managing partner at Jackson Lewis.
