Helios Hires Amy Stark, Practice Director, Talent Acquisition
RESTON, VA, December 17, 2013 – Helios HR, an award-winning human resource outsourcing, consulting and recruiting firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Amy Stark as Practice Director, Talent Acquisition.
Recognized as a trusted advisor with more than 20 years of experience in recruiting and Human Resources, Stark will provide executives and employers guidance on strategic planning to align business objectives with workforce planning and resourcing strategies. Stark has directly recruited and supervised recruiting teams for a wide variety of industries including Federal, commercial, staffing and consulting organizations. Her expertise includes executive, professional and technical roles for Federal sector (including cleared—Secret, Top Secret and Yankee White/ Presidential Support Duty) and commercial organizations.

Additionally, Stark is experienced with OFCCP audits, advising clients on best practices to ensure full compliance. Stark has implemented several applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems and is adept at customizing these systems to meet the unique needs of the organization. She has depth in utilizing the Top Grading methodology to increase the quality of hires and reduce significant costs associated with hiring the wrong team members. Stark also is experienced in successfully implementing change management across all functions including onboarding new hires, changes in compensation and commission plans, job descriptions, performance evaluation criteria, reporting structure and promotion and relocation of personnel.
