How to Find the Best HR Leader for Your Business
It’s Friday afternoon and your Director of HR just gave their resignation. As hard as it probably is to hear the news, I’m writing this to tell you, please don't worry. Interim HR Management Consulting
If you want HR coverage while your search is underway or are thinking of making some changes to your HR department structure and aren’t quite ready to start recruiting for HR, Helios can immediately step in and provide interim HR consulting on a short-term, temporary basis. Depending upon what role you need us to fill, we can either lead your HR team or become a member of it on a short-term basis. Our HR consulting team consists of Associate to Senior levels of experience and we have expertise in functional areas of HR such as compensation, benefits, government contracting, employee engagement, organizational development, and talent acquisition. We will match our consultants with your business based on your industry, the scope of the engagement and past experience.
