The Emerging Leader Institute (ELITE) is a hands-on development program that provides employers with targeted management skills training for their key, high-potential managers.

Program Details

Cohort groups meet monthly to participate in facilitator-led presentations on critical leadership topics, augmented with peer discussion and group problem-solving based on real business challenges.

Topics Include:

• Leveraging Interpersonal Effectiveness
• Leading & Managing Change
• Effective Communication
• Performance Management
• Building Effective Teams
• Managing Conflict

Open dialogue in these sessions creates a wealth of experiences and provides applications far greater than the single source of a traditional classroom event. As a result, participants develop a network of peers that extends beyond the structured workshops.

Program participants are also offered the opportunity to enhance their experience by enrolling in coaching sessions with the program facilitator.

Enrollment is limited to 15 participants per session.
