NEW YORK – February 10, 2022 – NFP, a leading insurance broker and consultant that provides property and casualty (P&C), corporate benefits, retirement, and individual solutions, today announced that it has acquired Helios HR, LLC, an HR outsourcing, consulting, and recruitment services firm. The transaction closed in January of this year.

LATEST UPDATE: On January 13, 2022, the Supreme Court of the United States upheld a stay on the vaccine mandate for private employers. An appeal against the vaccine mandates for federal contractors is currently in progress.
